Whistleblowing

In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023 regarding Whistleblowing, C.P. Parquet S.r.l. has launched a portal for reporting behaviors or events that may constitute violations of laws or regulations (national or European Union).

The Portal allows the reporting party to choose whether or not to provide their identity; access to the Portal is managed to prevent the identification of the reporting party who wishes to remain anonymous. After logging in, the reporting party will be guided through the completion of a questionnaire that will allow them to provide details characterizing the report (facts, context, etc.).

At the time of submitting the report, the Portal will issue a unique identifying code (ticket) to the reporting party. This number, known only to the reporting party, cannot be retrieved in any way in case of loss. The ticket will enable the reporting party to access their report, always through the Portal, for the purpose of: monitoring its progress status; adding additional details to specify the report; providing additional personal information; submitting or responding to any follow-up questions or requesting an in-person meeting. The Portal allows, in fact, the establishment of a virtual dialogue between the reporting party and the recipient, ensuring necessary confidentiality and, at the reporting party’s discretion, anonymity.

For more information about whistleblowers, their confidentiality protections, as well as the subject matter of the reports, refer to the procedure published here.
